Julio was born and raised in Brazil where his family currently resides. Growing up, Julio was always involved in the family chores which included house cleaning. Julio developed a passion for a clean home at a very early age. Julio also has a passion for interior home design. He always enjoys decorating a home and often changes the décor in his own home. During his tenure in Real Estate in Brazil, Julio was exposed to many design ideas. Julio is very focused on his clients needs and is committed to doing the very best job possible.

Julio began cleaning homes after obtaining his United States Residency and subsequently is now a citizen of the United States. He first began as a cleaning helper and then independently started cleaning homes. Eventually Julio formed his own company, Smilean, which continues to grow. Julio takes pride in his company and the ability to make his clients happy.
